The Friends organization is open to any person interested in and dedicated to the enhancement of educational opportunities in the Arts, Humanities and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and in the Acadiana region of the state.

     Annual membership dues are $30, however contributions are encouraged at other enhanced membership levels:

Amicus Bonus (Friend) $50 - $99

Amicus Magnus (Great Friend) $100 - $249

Amicus Superior (Superior Friend) $250 - $499

Amicus Illustrious (Esteemed Friend) $500 -      $999

Amicus Augustus (Revered Friend) $1000 - $4999

Amicus Excellentissimus (Most Excellent Friend) $5000 and above

     Memorial and Honorary contributions are encouraged and greatly appreciated.

     Membership meetings are held in the spring and fall.  The fall meetings feature special guest speakers and/or presentations.

     Members also participate in enrichment trips such as an evening at the Houston Opera or a day-trip to one of  New Orleans fine museums.
